This paper mainly states the importance of the application of the energy-saving and emission reduction in the refined sugar industry. On the basis of the analysis of the current energy management patterns in refined sugar enterprises, it is systematically introduced how the energy management system is designed, implemented and applied in the refined sugar enterprises. Through the systematically real-time monitoring of a variety of energy media, key energy-consuming equipment and the comprehensive analysis of the energy consumption, an energy supply plan can be designed reasonably. It leads to making decisions scientifically and ensuring the safety, the reliability and the efficient operation of the production and the energy system, which aims at saving energy and reducing consumption.
