自主创业高职动漫人才培养模式的探究

Training Mode of Self- Employment Animation Personnel in Vocational Colleges

动漫教育是推动我国动漫产业发展的原动力,是培育动漫专业人才的系统工程。面对动漫行业、动漫教育规模蓬勃发展与动漫人才就业困难的严峻考验,动漫人才如果不能与市场需要密切结合,不能与学生的人才发展相结合,不能切实解决毕业生的就业问题,就很容易导致学校教育与人才发展"二元化"割裂现象的发生,有效解决动漫人才的就业问题已成为当前高职动漫教育的重要课题。

Animation education is to foster animation professionals in systems engineering,and is a motive force to promote the development of animation industry in our country. In the face of animation industry booming and employment difficulty of animation talent,if animation talents can＇t combine closely with market needs,cannot combine with students＇ development,can＇t really solve the problem of employment of graduates,inevitably there will be a school education and talent development ＂ normalize＂ the phenomenon of split. How to effectively solve the problem of animation talent employment has become the current higher vocational anime and important subject of education.
