Vocational College Counselor should be a Good Guide for Students

作为辅导员要想做好学生的引路人,首先要赢得学生的支持与尊重,而学生的支持与尊重又如何获得呢?辅导员要对学生充满爱与包容;具备合理化解班级矛盾,促进班级团结的能力;关注学生的成长,促使自卑的学生树立"我能行、我可以"的自信心;积极与学生沟通,走进他们的心里,成为他们的朋友,用自己的言行争做学生可听、可信、又可敬的人。

As a counselor for students,if you want to become their good guide,you must win their respect and support in the very beginning. But how to gain their support and respect？ A counselor should be full of love and tolerance,able to deal with class conflicts in a reasonable way,able to promote class unity. Besides,a counselor should pay attention to student growth and help students to become more confident than they used to be. Last but not least,a counselor should communicate frequently with students,becoming their friends and teaching by example to become a trust worthy and respectable person for them.
