高校辅导员是学生思想政治素质教育的主力军,是高校开展各项学生工作的直接组织者、执行者和参与者。尤其对辅导员队伍专业化要求的背景下,高校辅导员不应该是人人都可兼职的岗位,也不应该是包揽各种琐碎杂事的跑腿小工。而应是一支具备专业知识、专业技能和专业道德的专业化队伍。专业化的辅导员队伍不仅要靠辅导员个人的自觉学习,还要有专业的培训机制和机构来推动其可持续发展。对此,国家要有制度保障、学校要有长远规划和积极落实、社会也要给予认可和支持。只有这样,我们才能形成一支高素质专业化的辅导员队伍。

But a professional knowledge,professional skills,and professional ethics professional team. Professional counselors depends not only on counselor＇s personal learning,also demands a professional training mechanisms and institutions to promote their sustainable development. In this regard,the State needs a system,schools must have a long- term plan and actively implement,social acceptance and support. Only in this way can we form a team of highly qualified professional instructors.
