跨入21世纪,中国人口老龄化进程不断加快,中国人口红利逐渐减弱,党中央审时度势并在《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》中决定要研究制定渐进式延迟退休年龄政策。退休制度事关每一位公民的切身利益,深入了解劳动人员对延迟退休年龄政策的看法对于法律制度充分发挥其时效性有重要的作用。
In the 21 st century,the process of aging population in China is accelerating. Demographic dividend in China decreases. CPC Central Committee sized up the situation,and in ＂ Several Decisions of CPC Central Committee on Major Issues of Deepening Reform＂ it is decided to develop a progressive delay in retirement age policy. Retirement system is related to the immediate interests of every citizen. In- depth understanding of labor＇s views on retirement,age policies for legal systems have an important role to give full play to its timeliness.
