国内外教师文化研究现状及改进策略

Teacher Culture Research Status at Home and Abroad and Improvement Strategy

有关教师文化方面的研究可以说仁者见仁,智者见智,不管是国外还是国内,许多学者对其都有着不同的理解。本文通过对国内外学校教师文化研究现状分析,发现教师文化得到了学者们的重视,其相关研究也取得了相当大的成就。不过从目前的研究成果来看,教师文化研究还存在一些不足,本文将为此提出几条改进策略。

Anyone on teacher culture research can guess,whether foreign or domestic,many scholars have different understanding on it. In this article,through analyzing school teacher culture research status at home and abroad,but from the point of the current research results,teacher culture research also has some shortcomings,this paper will put forward several improvement strategies.
