论高校档案保密工作存在的问题与对策

The article mainly expounds the problems existed in the secrecy work of higher colleges archives： the facility of archive bursary is old and creaky; the secrecy consciousness of university archives is reduced and relaxed; the quality of file managing staff is not high; the regime of secrecy on university archives is unsoundness; secrecy work is extremely difficult with the development of internet technologies. The paper also brings up some personal suggestions： improve equipment configuration of archives preservation to offer protection for secrecy work; emphasis on the political education of talents team,and raise awareness of file security; do a good job of professional training,and improving abilities; establish a sound system of secrecy,let the confidential management rules- based; enhance the safe and stable operation of the network to prevent data theft; handle the relationship between file security and archival utilization.
