改革开放以来,文化事业呈现一种多元化发展方向,文化背景的多元化,对我国高校思想政治教育工作的实效性有着一定的影响。在多元文化背景下,我国各高校的思想政治教育工作要不断坚持主流意识形态,重视思想政治教育主阵地、主渠道等的建设工作,此外,还要创新教学理念,坚持"以学生为本",提高思想政治教育工作的科学化,创新思想政治教育的工作内容,以提高高校思想政治教育实效性为最终目标。本篇文章就围绕高校思想政治教育工作在当今多元文化背景下的实效性展开,探究提高思想政治教育实效性的具体路径。

Since the reform and opening up,the cultural undertakings have a diversified development direction. And the diversity of the cultural background,the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in China has a certain impact on the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. Under the multicultural background,the ideological and political education work in our country should continuously insist on mainstream ideology,pay more attention to the construction of Ideological and political education,the main channel,and so on.
