摘要
由于公民能力和民主政治是相互作用不可分割的,只有实现二者之间的良性互动,才会提高公民能力,才能巩固民主体制,因此,对阿尔蒙德公民能力思想的研究便成为非常重要政治学研究的课题。
Because of the interaction between the civic competence and the democratic politics,it is important to realize the positive interaction so as to improve the ability of the citizen,and to strengthen the democratic system. Therefore,the study of Almond＇s civic competence is very important.
