摘要
随着时间的推移,90后已经逐渐成长为职场中的主力军,家庭环境及教育环境发生的变化造就了90后独有的个性特征,同时也给企业的人力资源管理提出了新的挑战。本文尝试以"心理契约"的视角,结合90后的特点,分析90后心理契约的形成、维持以及违背的过程,为人力资源管理者如何管理90后提出一些的参考性的建议。
As time goes by,post- 90 s have gradually grown into the main force in the workplace,family environment and education environment has created a unique personality characteristics,which also presetns new challenges for the enterprise's human resources management. This paper attempts to take " psychological contract" as the perspective,combining with the characteristics of post- 90 s to analyze the formation,maintenance and breach process of the psychological contract. It also put forward some referential suggestion on how to manage the post- 90 s for the person of human resources management.
