摘要
学徒制是的重点在于知识和技能的传授,融入了学校教育的成分后逐步发展为富于特色的现代学徒制。文章介绍了学徒制的起源与特征,探讨了现代学徒制的基本模式。阐述了高职教育的特点,以及旅游类专业的培养模式。并从保障教学运行的外部环境,强化培养目标、提升办学质量,以及完善教师队伍、创新管理制度等方面,提出了教学运行管理水平提升的实践办法。
The key part of apprenticeship is the teaching of knowledge and skills,combing with the school teaching,developed into the modern apprenticeship. This paper introduces the origin and the characters of apprenticeship,discusses the model of modern apprenticeship; explains the characters of vocational education and the cultivating mode of tourism majors. This paper gave some suggestions of improving the teaching operation and management from the following parts： ensure the external environment of teaching; strength the training target and improve the quality of education; improve the teachers level and innovate the management system and so on.
