皖南地区常见猪病的抗体水平监测与分析

Inspection and Analysis of the Antibody Positive Rate of Some Common Swine Diseases in Southern Anhui

针对皖南地区的部分规模猪场及散养户进行血清学调查,统计了猪瘟、猪蓝耳病、猪口蹄疫、猪圆环病毒病、猪伪狂犬病等常见猪病的抗体阳性率并进行分析,结果显示:(1)四种常见猪病达到国家免疫要求,抗体阳性率≥70%,猪蓝耳病抗体阳性率69.5%,略低于国家免疫要求;(2)皖南各地的猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、猪伪狂犬病的抗体阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)不同阶段猪群的猪瘟、猪蓝耳病、猪口蹄疫的抗体阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),猪伪狂犬病的抗体阳性率差异具有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05);(4)不同规模猪场的猪蓝耳病、猪圆环病毒病抗体阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),猪伪狂犬病的抗体阳性率差异具有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05).该分析结果为皖南地区规模猪场和散养户制订常见猪病的综合防控措施提供了依据.

Classical swine fever（ CSF）,Porcine Reproductive and Syndrome（ PRRS）,Foot and mouth disease（ FMD）,Porcine circovirus disease（ PCVD）,Pseudo rabies（ PR） are common swine diseases. In order to formulate the comprehensive prevention and control measures,this study investigates the antibody positive rate of these five swine diseases in the area of Southern Anhui by using ELISA method. The results show that four common swine diseases met national immunization requirements which antibody positive rate is above 70%,and antibody positive rate of PRRS disease is 69. 5% slightly lower than the requirement. It also indicates the antibody positive rate of CSF,FMD,PR have significant differences in the pigs from different regions（ P〈0. 01）. In different ages of pigs,the antibody positive rate of CSF、PRRS、FMD have significant differences（ P〈0. 01）,and PR have differences（ 0. 01 P〈0. 05）. The pigs from different scale pig farms have significant differences in the antibody positive rate of PRRS and PCVD（ P〈0. 01） and differences in PR（ 0. 01 P〈0. 05）.
