摘要
Deform-3D软件为平台,建立金属零件切削加工有限元模型。通过仿真计算获得切削力变化曲线。仿真结果与金属切削传统理论的一致性,证实了仿真试验的可靠性。对比不同背吃刀量下切削力数值,发现主切削力与背吃刀量几乎呈线性正相关关系。
The finite element model of metal parts machining based on Deform-3D software is founded. The cutting force curve is obtained by simulation calculation. The simulation results are in agreement with the traditional theory of metal cutting.That proved the reliability of the simulation test. By comparing the different value of main cutting force under the different cut depth, the cutting force and cutting depth was found almost linearly positive correlation.
