摘要
建立了圆柱螺旋弹簧重量优化设计的数学模型。针对此数学模型的特点,采用优化方法中的直接解法——复合形法,对圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧重量,进行了优化设计,并借助于计算机编程软件VB进行了寻优计算,编写了优化设计程序,得到了满足实际需要的最优化参数,并利用VB软件制作了友好、方便直观的界面,最终生成了小型通用应用软件,可供用户输入。
Established a mathematical model of weight optimization design of cylindrical helical spring. According to this model,the characteristics,the optimization method of direct solution, complex method,of cylindrical helical torsion spring weight,optimization design,and with the help of in computer programming software VB for the optimization calculation and optimal design program is developed,to meet the actual needs of the optimization parameters,and using VB software to make the interface is friendly and convenient,and ultimately generate a small general application software for user input.
