摘要
在对成型零件结构工艺分析的基础上,利用三维工程软件Pro/Engineer对熔模模具进行三维结构设计。基于分型面设计方法将模具主体分成四部分,即型芯、上模、活块、下模。通过长销连接上模、下模,并穿过活块,对各部分进行定位,在上模和下模之间设计螺栓夹紧机构,实现了模具的快速夹紧。
The 3d design of precision-investment casting mould is finished by Pro/Engineer software. It is based on the analysis of the structure and the casting processing on the casting part. The mold is devided into four parts by the parting surface. They are the core,top die,movable block and down die. The long pins are locating between the top die and the down die,and they make the top die and down die be located. The bolt clamping mechanisms are designed to clamp the mould quickly.
