摘要
鉴于裂纹在钢制零件中的危害,对零件制造过程所存在的各类裂纹,即原材料裂纹、淬火裂纹、回火裂纹、磨削裂纹、氢致裂纹的特征形态进行了分析、比较、总结归纳,并制定了裂纹形貌特征鉴定表,提出了一系列相应的预防措施。通过实际案例分析表明,裂纹形貌特征鉴定表对材料失效分析具有一定的借鉴指导作用,在理化检验检测方面能够起到事半功倍的效果。
In view of the harm of cracks in steel parts,the existence of various crack types on the parts manufacturing process,including crack of raw materials,quenching crack,tempering crack,grinding cracks,hydrogen induced crack, all which are analyzed, compared, summarized. While the crack morphology identification tables are made and a series of corresponding prevention measures are put forward. Through the analysis of a case,the results show that the identification table has a certain reference guiding role for the failure analysis of materials,and can play a multiplier effect in the physical testing and chemical analysis field.
