摘要
为提高柴油机气缸体、气缸盖、离合器壳等箱体类零件的铣削效率,对柴油机生产线的所有粗铣、半精铣工序的机床、刀具进行改造,采用了先进的硬质合金可转位密齿面铣刀,普遍提高了加工线铣削效率30%以上,确保了生产线产量的不断提升,满足了市场对生产能力不断提升的需求,产生了显著的经济效益,为此,对密齿面铣刀在柴油机箱体类零件加工中应用作具体的研究和论述。
To improve the diesel engine cylinder block,cylinder head,clutch shell body parts such as milling efficiency,the diesel engine production line all rough milling,half fine milling process of the machine tool,cutting tool,USES the advanced cemented carbide indexable tooth face milling cutter,improves the processing line milling efficiency more than 30%,to ensure the continuous increase of production line production,meet the needs of the market to improve production capacity,produce remarkable economic benefits,therefore,for the tooth face milling cutter in the diesel engine body parts processing in the research and application of concrete in this paper.
