摘要
基于亚德客气动综合实训设备,结合模块化设计思想,从总体上分析了亚德客气动综合实训设备功能,提出了多功能气压综合实训设备的总体框架。在综合实训台总体框架的引导下,详细分析了气动综合实训台中气动生产线的功能及实训项目。最后以气动生产线的搬运和分拣单元为例,说明气动生产线搬运与分拣工作流程及系统方案设计。
Firstly,Based on integrated pneumatic training equipment for Air TA,the integrated pneumatic training equipment of Air TA is analyzed for functional study,with modular design method,and the whole framework is proposed. Secondly,Under the guide of the framework,the function of Automatic Lines with Pneumatic System and training projects are analyzed in details. Finally,transportation and sorting of Automatic Lines with Pneumatic System are taken as example,the work flow and system scheme are explained.
