电梯安全监控管理一体化平台的搭建

Construction of Integrated Platform of Elevator Safety Monitoring and Management

为加快智慧城市和平安城市建设,保障电梯运行安全,提出了一种电梯安全监控管理一体化平台,由感知层、网络层、平台层以及应用层构成。感知层的电梯数据采集器内部采用SPI数据总线,依托Neurowire通信对象,利用单片机MCU89C55和神经元模块双处理器架构完成了电梯运行数据的实时、高效采集,通过网络层为平台层和应用层的预期功能提供基础数据,实现了安全监控、维保监督管理、故障报警和预警以及电梯的大数据统计等功能。实践应用证明:平台的综合统筹管理保障电梯按最优组合、最佳状态运行,促进电梯科学化、智能化、信息化的管理水平,提高监管力度和综合管理水平。

To speed up the construction of smart city and safe city and ensure the safe operation of the elevator,a kind of integrated platform of elevator safety monitoring and management is proposed,which is composed of perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer. Elevator data acquisition node of the perception layer uses SPI data bus to completes the real-time and efficient elevator running data acquisition with MCU89C55 and neuron module dual processor architecture relying on Neurowire communication object, and provides basic data for expected function of platform layer and application layer through the network layer,that is safety monitoring, supervision and management of the maintenance and fault warning and the elevator data statistics. The practical application shows that the integrated platform of elevator safety monitoring and management can ensure the elevator in the best combination and the best state, and promote the management level of scientific,intelligent,information,and improve the level of supervision and management.
