摘要
对某公司2527车在轻量化以后,整车背靠背横梁出现裂纹甚至断裂的现象,利用有限元分析方法对该横梁进行了在超载工况下CAE分析。分析的结果与实际断裂的部位相吻合,验证了对锻炼原因的初步判断。在分析结果的基础上,对横梁设计提出了改进建议。
To a company 2527 car after the lightweight,the vehicle back to back beam appeared crack and even fracture phenomenon,using finite element analysis method of the beam under overload conditions of CAE analysis.The results of the analysis are in agreement with the actual fracture site,and the preliminary judgment of the cause of the exercise is verified. On the basis of the analysis results,the paper puts forward the improvement suggestions for the design of the beam.
