液压缸活塞密封性能的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 以海底钻机收放系统的收放油缸为研究对象,利用ABAQUS对收活塞杆中O型密封圈的密封性能进行分析,建立了活塞杆的O型密封圈的二维轴对称模型。在海底钻机收放系统最大工作压力为25MPa的环境下,分析了O型密封圈的不同压缩率对接触应力、剪切应力分布情况的影响;同时,进一步分析收放油缸活塞杆上行时,O型密封圈的应力分布情况。 Taking deploying and retracting cylinder of submarine drilling rig as the research object,applying ABAQUS to analyze the sealing performance of the O-type sealing ring which combined with the piston rod. 2D FEM model about the O-type sealing ring combined with the piston rod is established. At the working pressure of25 Mpa,the influences of contact and shear stress distribution are analyzed under different compression ratios.Meanwhile,the stress distribution of O-type sealing ring are analyzed when the piston rod moving upward.
