摘要
本文详细介绍了高炉雷达探尺的工作原理,分析了影响高炉雷达探尺工作的关键因素,提出了通过雷达料位计测量炉内料位,并使用水冷和气冷相结合的方式对雷达料位计进行保护的设计方法。通过现场试验,该设备运行稳定,测量数据准确。
This article details the operational principle of radar sounding ruler for the blast furnace,analyzing the key factors which affects it works,proposing using radar level gage to measure the material level and using the water-cooling and air-cooling method to protect the radar level gage. By experiment on-situ,this equipment works stably and accurately.
