摘要
随着科技的发展,五氧化二钒的应用领域不断扩大,对钒产品纯度的要求也越来越高。本文采用弱碱性铵盐沉钒法进行实验,通过实验得出最优沉钒条件为:加铵系数K=1.5,p H值7.5,反应温度50℃,反应时间为40 min,沉钒率达到95%以上,V2O5含量在97%以上。为高纯五氧化二钒的工业化生产提供方向性参考。
With the development of science and technology,the application of vanadium pentoxide is increasing,and the requirements for the purity of vanadium products are higher and higher. The alkalescent ammonium vanadium precipitation method to carry out experiments. Through experiments, it is found that the optimum vanadium precipitation conditions: plus ammonium coefficient K=1.5,p H 7.5,reaction temperature 50 C,reaction time is 40 min,sink vanadium rate reached 95%,vanadium pentoxide content in more than 97%.
