摘要
以铜电解净化除镍系统为研究对象,详细分析了酸度、真空度、温度、蒸汽压、机械设备等在实际生产中对硫酸镍生产的影响,可能出现的问题以及对应方法,从而达到节能减排及资源综合利用,获得良好经济效益的目的。
The effects of acidity, vacuum, temperature, steam pressure, and mechanical equipment on the actual production of nickel sulfate production system, the possible problems and the corresponding way were analyzed in detail. The effect of energy saving, emission reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources were achived, good economic benefits was obtained.
