双磁钢差动式继电器电磁系统容差设计 被引量:3

摘要 双磁钢差动式继电器电磁系统是典型的极化磁系统,具有体积小、灵敏度高、动作快等优点,广泛应用于军事、航天领域等。为了实现计算时间和计算精度的有效平衡,采用磁路法对双磁钢差动式继电器电磁系统建立等效磁路图,利用回路磁通建立网络方程,实现磁路求解。之后确定电磁系统关键目标函数、关键设计参数,制定了误差因素水平表,并通过正交试验找到设计参数对目标函数分散性影响的贡献率。最后给出了公差改进方案,完成双磁钢差动式继电器电磁系统的容差设计。 Electromagnetic system of differential relay with double permanent magnets is a typical polarized system which has advantages of small volume,high sensitivity and fast action when applied in military and space field. To balance the computation time and precision,this article took magnetic circuit method to establish the equivalent magnetic circuit diagram. Meantime,the net equation was established by the loop-flux method to solve the magnetic circuit. Next the key target functions,the key designed parameters and the error factors values of the electromagnetic system were determined. Then the contribution rate on target functions by design parameters was shown through orthogonal experiment analysis. Finally,the improvement scheme was provided and the tolerance design was done on the electromagnetic system of differential relay with double permanent magnets.
