摘要 提出了一种具有宽范围和较高精度的电流源的设计方法。粗细调压装置采用粗调压器、细调压器以及细调变压器结构,不仅拓展了电流调节的范围,也提高了电流调节的精度。采用Lab VIEW软件编写的上位机控制程序,分为手动和自动两种调节方式,通过高精度数据采集卡,实现对电参量的采集和电路开关的有效控制,并采用模糊控制算法控制步进电机,达到快速调压的目的。在电流调节的同时,程序会检测调压器的限位报警警告,避免发生调压器因超范围调节而造成器件损坏的情况。经测试,系统具有良好稳定性和较高精度,并且电流动态输出范围较宽。 This paper proposed a design method of current source which has wide scope and high precision.Using coarse-fine voltage regulating device constituted by coarse tuning voltage regulator,fine tuning voltage regulator and fine tuning transformer not only expands the scope of current regulation but also achieves the requirement of high precision. PC control program,written by Lab VIEW and divided into manual and automatic,can realize the collection of electric parameter and circuit switch control,and using fuzzy algorithm to control stepping motor and achieve the purpose of regulating quickly,through high precision data acquisition card. At the same time of current regulation,the program will detect the voltage regulator position limited alarm,so as to avoid voltage regulator device damage due to over-adjustment. The test result shows that the system has good stability and high accuracy,and can output wide scope of dynamic current.
