WS2001同步器试验台架及试验方法研究

摘要 为建立适应我国重载车辆变速箱结构特点和选用油要求的润滑油摩擦特性评价方法,选取具有代表性的重负荷车辆WS2001变速箱,建立WS2001变速箱同步器台架。为探索研究变速箱油对同步器使用性能的影响规律,结合我国重载车辆变速箱实际使用状况及技术特点,参照SH/T 0756-2005、CEC L-66-99等标准方法,制定WS2001同步器台架摩擦特性试验方法。参比油试验表明,建立的WS2001同步器台架能够满足变速箱油对同步器的摩擦特性的评价工作,评价方法可靠,具有较高重复性和区分性。 In order to set up an evaluation method for the frictional characteristics of lubrication oils that adapts to the structure characteristic of transmission gearbox in the common heavy duty vehicle and the requirement of lubrication oil se?lection and use,the WS2001 synchronizer bench was designed,by selecting a representational WS2001 transmission gear?box for the heavy duty vehicle.For studying the influence of transmission oils on the performance of a synchronizer,com?bined with technical characteristics and status in practical application of the heavy duty vehicle, and referenced to the standard methods,such as SH/T 0756?2005,CEC L?66?99,the test method of frictional characteristics was established for the synchronizer test bench.The experimental results of the referencing oil show that the built test bench can satisfy evalua?tion work of lubricant frictional characteristics of the transmission gearbox,and the evaluation method is reliable and has very good repeatability and discrimination.
