摘要
以A-B公司的SMC Dialog Plus智能马达控制器作为启动技术的主要研究对象,通过对SMC Dialog Plus设置内部不同的参数,完成4种启动技术:软启动、限流启动、双斜坡启动、全压启动;以基于CAN协议开发的设备网为底层数据传输介质,以以太网为远程控制的传输媒介,首先通过RSLinx对以太网和设备网进行组态,利用设备网组态软件RSNetworx for Device Net把SMC Dialog Plus的数据通过1203-GK5设备网通信模块映射到1769-SDN扫描模块中,再利用RSLogix500编程软件进行梯形图编程,完成SMC Dialog Plus与Micro Logix1500可编程控制器的数据通信,从而实现通过网络对电机状态进行控制。
Taking SMC Dialog Plus intelligent motor starter controller of A- B company as the main research object of starting technology,four kinds of starter technologies were achieved through setting different internal parameters to SMC Dialog Plus,such as soft starting,limit current starting,double slop starting and full voltage starting. The Device Net and Ethernet were respectively the bottom and top data transmission media,based on CAN protocol exploitation. Firstly,RSLinx was used to do the Ethernet and Device Net's configuration. Then,configuration software RSNet Worx for Device Net was used to map the data that came from the SMC Dialog Plus controller into the scanning module of 1769-SDN by communication module of 1203-GK5. RSLogix500 was used to program the ladder diagram of the system. So the data communication is achieved between SMC Dialog Plus and Micro Logix1500 programmable logical controller( PLC),thereby control of the motor's start and stop is implemented by the Device Net.
