摘要
结合开放式数控层次化结构,利用运动控制卡的基本运动功能,采用VC++编程开发工具,开发出一种三轴联动数控雕刻机的控制软件。为提高在大曲率拐点处的速度平滑性,依据一种改进的双曲正切函数模型,建立了拐点转角加速度与速度的非线性函数关系,从而提高系统高速高精度时轮廓轨迹的光滑性。实际雕刻实验进一步验证了该算法控制软件的可靠性与稳定性。
Combing with the open structure of the numeral control system and using the basic motion function of the motion control card,a control software for the three axis engraving machine was developed based on the tools of VC + +. In order to improve the smooth performance of speed on the inflection,the nonlinear relation between inflection speed and acceleration was built based on the improved model of the hyperbolic tangent function. The actual engraving experience proves the method has the character of the reliability and stability.
