一种飞机液压阻尼器动态试验系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 对液压阻尼器动态试验测控系统进行了研究;对试验台测控系统构成及原理进行了分析介绍;提出了由上下位机组成的测控系统方案;下位机以TMS320F2812为核心,控制永磁同步电机驱动液压阻尼器,上位机为工业控制计算机,采集监控液压阻尼器动态数据,采用零相位滤波器对数据进行处理。结果表明:液压阻尼器动态试验台各项指标均达到设计要求。 Hydraulic damper dynamic test and control system were studied.The priciple and structure of tese control system were introduced with analysis.A test system scheme was proposed which combined of the lower and upper controllers.TMS320F2812 was as the lower computer control for AC servo motor to drive the hydraulic damper.Industrial control computer was as the upper controller to collect and monitor hydraulic damper dynamic data,and to use a zero-phase filter for data processing.The results show that all of the dynamic testing indicators of hydraulic damper dynamic test rig meet the design requirements.
