摘要
轮式装载机包含紧密耦合的液压系统和执行机构,很难在单一的软件平台中准确实现其动力学仿真。建立了装载机AMESim液压系统模型及ADAMS虚拟样机模型,利用上述两个软件进行联合仿真,使液压系统和机械系统可以实时交互作用。最后,将联合仿真结果与仅使用ADAMS进行的动力学仿真结果进行了比较,证明联合仿真结果是合理的。
Wheel loader consists of hydraulic system and actuator which are tightly coupled,so it's difficult to realize the exact dynamic simulation of the working process with one software platform.The hydraulic system model based on AMESim and the virtual prototype model based on ADAMS were established.The real time interaction between the hydraulic system and the mechanical system were realized using the co-simulation based on the two software.In the end,by comparing the result in co-simulation and the result in dynamic simulation,it shows that the result of co-simulation is reasonable.
