摘要
基于AMESim软件分析液压挖掘机直线行走阀结构参数的改变对系统动态响应特性的影响,得出多组仿真数据和仿真曲线,通过对仿真数据、仿真曲线和试验数据进行比较分析,找出影响直线行走液压系统特性的主要参数,并验证了模型的正确性。研究结果为直线行走阀结构参数的选取和行走液压系统性能的改进提供了参考。
Based on the AMESim software analysis of changing of the walking straight valve's structural parameters for the dynamic response of the system,the multiple sets of simulation data and curve were obtained.By analyzing with comparing of the simulation data,the simulation curve and test data,the main parameters were found out of affecting the hydraulic system's features of the linear walking,and the correctness of model was verified.The research results provide references for the selection of structure parameters of walking straight valve and improving the performance of walking hydraulic system.
