摘要 水力振荡器性能与其振荡频率、压降、流量和阀盘参数相关。为此,开展了阀盘参数对水力振荡器性能影响的试验研究,得到如下结论:1当水力振荡器的动阀尺寸及螺杆型号一定时,在相同定阀阀口直径下,流量越大,压降越大;在相同流量下,定阀阀口直径越大,压降越小。2当动阀尺寸及螺杆型号一定且定阀阀口直径相同时,流量越大,振荡频率越大;在相同流量下,定阀阀口直径对振荡频率的影响很小,也即定阀阀口直径对阀闭合频率影响很小,决定阀闭合频率的主要因素为螺杆自身结构。3当动阀尺寸及螺杆型号一定时,振荡频率与流量呈线性关系。研究结果可为水力振荡器的结构优化及现场应用提供理论依据。 The hydraulic oscillator performance is impacted by its oscillation frequency,pressure drop,flow rate and the valve disk parameters. Thus,experimental studies have been carried out on the valve disc parameters effects on the hydraulic oscillator performance,and the results are as follows: 1Given the same hydraulic oscillator's movable valve size,positive displacement motor model and fixed valve port diameter,the pressure drop increases with the increase of flow rate; Given the same flow rate,the larger the diameter of the fixed valve port is,the smaller the pressure drop is; 2Given the same movable valve size,positive displacement motor model and the fixed valve port diameter,the oscillation frequency increases with the increase of the flow rate; Given the same flow rate,the fixed valve port diameter has little effect on the oscillation frequency,which means that the fixed valve port diameter has little effect on the valve closure frequency,and the main factor influencing the valve closure frequency is the positive displacement motor structure; 3Given the movable valve size and positive displacement motor model,the oscillation frequency has a linear relation with the flow rate.
