摘要
针对现有环空带压井监测系统监测参数单一且不能进行原因分析及泄漏位置诊断的问题,研制了多参数环空带压地面监测诊断系统。该系统包括环空压力和温度监测、液位监测、气体组分分析以及自动泄压/恢复模块。在分析环空带压原因的基础上,提出利用环空保护液位置判断油管泄漏位置的方法,实现了在地面对井下泄漏位置的检测。对系统进行的地面综合试验结果表明,整套系统设计合理、可靠性高,实现了基于动态监测的环空带压原因诊断与泄漏位置判断。研究结果为生产井的完整性管理、修井及安全生产提供了技术支持。
To address the issue of the current monitoring system for pressurized well that the monitoring parameters could not be used to conduct causes analysis and leak location diagnostics,a multi-parameter ground monitoring and diagnosis system for pressurized annulus has been developed. The basic structure of the system,working principle and technical characteristics are introduced. The system consists of modules for annulus pressure and temperature monitoring,fluid level monitoring,gas composition analysis and automatic pressure relief / recovery. On the basis of pressurized annulus cause analysis,the annulus protection liquid level is proposed to locate the tubing leak position,achieving ground monitoring of the downhole leak location. Comprehensive test results of the system on the ground show that,the whole system,with high reliable and reasonable design,has realized pressurized annulus cause diagnosis and leak point location based on dynamic monitoring.
