新型旋转PDC切削齿钻头技术研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 新型旋转PDC切削齿钻头技术可有效解决固定PDC切削齿偏磨问题,延长使用寿命,提高机械钻速,有利于提高钻井效率,降低钻井施工成本,是钻头技术的一大进步。介绍了传统固定PDC切削齿技术的缺陷和新型旋转PDC切削齿技术的技术原理、耐用性测试及钻头规格,分析了新型旋转PDC切削齿钻头的现场应用效果,并针对其发展趋势提出建议:建议研发能在更坚硬、研磨性更强的地层岩石中钻进的旋转PDC切削齿钻头,为干热岩储层开发和超深井钻井提速提效提供技术支撑;建议将旋转PDC切削齿技术应用于扩眼器,以延长其使用寿命。 The new rolling PDC cutter drill bit technology could effectively address the fixed cutter eccentric wear issue, prolong durability, improve ROP, resulting in improved drilling efficiency and reduced drilling costs, which is a great step of drill bit technology?The defects of traditional fixed PDC cutter and the new rolling PDC cut?ter’ s technical principle, durability testing and drill bit specifications have been introduced?Field applications of the new rolling PDC cutter bit have been analyzed and recommendations for its development trend have been made:research and develop rolling PDC cutter drill bit for harder and more abrasive formations to provide technical sup?port for the hot dry rock reservoir development and to improve ultra?deep well drilling speed and efficien?cy?Applying rolling PDC cutter technology on hole opener to extend its life is also recommended.
