摘要 针对现有的流量调控装置控制方式单一,且存在寿命较短和故障率高等问题,研制开发了智能井液压无级流量调控装置。该装置可以远程控制井下的多个生产层,实现无级流量调节和重复开关动作;采用液压控制方式,推力大,能适应井下复杂工况;设计了关闭锁,避免在井下压力变化过程中产生误动作。室内试验结果表明,O、V形铜基环组合密封作为推力缸的密封件最为可靠,无级流量调控装置整体测试抗内压达71 MPa,关闭锁密封性能良好。智能井液压无级流量调控装置的成功研制为深水油气田智能完井提供了技术支持。 To address the issues of the current flow control devices like solo control mode, short service life and high failure rate, a hydraulic variable flow control device for intelligent well has been researched and devel?oped?The device could remotely control multiple production layers underground, providing variable flow control and repeatable switching operation with hydraulic control mode, large thrust force and the accommodation to the downhole complex conditions?Locking piece has been designed to prevent malfunction under the changeable down?hole pressure?Laboratory test results showed that the seal combination of O?shaped and V?shaped copper ring is the most reliable seal for the thrust cylinder?The overall anti?burst capacity of the device could reach to 71 MPa with great seal performance of locking piece.
