摘要 为提高水平井水力喷射压裂工具的耐用性及可再利用性, 研制了水力喷射多级压裂管柱, 优化了喷嘴、内滑套、剪钉和喷射器等零部件结构.喷嘴设计为整体式, 喷嘴内径为4 ~ 6mm, 喷嘴防溅片直径为40~50 mm, 喷嘴内壁有-层厚度为1. 0~1. 5 mm 陶瓷合金强化层; 内滑套进行渗氮处理, 提高耐冲蚀性, 球与球座密封方式为球面接触密封.现场应用结果表明, 喷嘴耐磨性能良好, 内滑套几乎没有磨损, 喷射工具使用性能可靠. To improve the hydraulic jet fracturing tool’ s durability and recyclability, a hydraulic jet multi?stage fracturing tool has been improved?The hydraulic jet multistage fracturing string mainly consists of the jet de?vice with inbuilt sleeve, the jet device without inbuilt sleeve and the check valve assembly?Optimization has been focused on the nozzle, inner sleeve, shear pin, and jet device?Nozzles are integrally designed with inner diameter of 4~6 mm, splash?proof piece diameter of 40~50 mm and a cermet reinforcing layer with the thickness of 1?0~1?5 mm?The inner sleeve has been conducted nitriding treatment to improve erosion resistance?The ball and the ball seat are spherically contacted?The hydraulic jet multistage fracturing tool has been applied in the oil field with good results.
