摘要
缓冲装置对自动机后坐力、射击稳定性、系统的射击精度的影响至关重要,是现代自动机研究的重要部分。某中口径自动机采用弹簧-液压式缓冲装置,以该自动机为研究对象,基于多刚体动力学理论,运用Recur Dyn软件建立了其动态仿真模型,通过仿真计算,得到自动机8连发后坐部分位移与后坐力曲线,与该样机实测8连发后坐部分位移曲线和后坐力曲线比较,相对误差在5%以内,表明用该方法计算的结果比较符合实际情况。
The recoil mechanism,as an important research area of modern automatic gun,is essential to the recoil force and firing stability of fire gun and firing precision of automatic gun. The spring-hydraulic equipment is adopted for the recoil mechanism of a certain medium caliber automatic gun with the automatic gun as object of research. Based on the use of multi-body dynamics theory,the modeling of simulation dynamic was established through the application of the Recur Dyn software. By means of simulation calculation,recoiling mass displacement curve and the recoil force of eight volleying are acquired. Through a comparison with actual tested displacement curve of recoiling mass and the recoil force of automatic gun,the relative error can be within 5%. The comparison results show that the obtained results are more realistic.
