Ground Adaptability Analysis of a Large Calibre Machine Gun

为研究某型大口径机枪的地面适应性,在分析了该枪架刚度的基础上,以该机枪为研究对象,不考虑枪架的弹性变形,分析不同地面与驻锄间的相互作用,建立了机枪在不同地面射击时的稳定性理论模型。通过计算,结果表明该机枪有很好的地面适应性。对不同的驻锄结构进行分析,提出了勤务使用方面的指导意见,发现了机枪采用不同驻锄结构射击时稳定性不同的本质,并依此提出了驻锄结构优化方案。通过理论建模与对比分析,在一定程度上说明了优化方案的可行性。

To study the ground adaptability of a certain type of large calibre machine gun,its stability theory model firing at different ground was established. In this model,the machine gun was chosen as the study object,the stiffness of rifle rack was analyzed,the elasticity deformation of rifle rack was not considered,and the interaction between different ground and spade was analyzed reasonable. The results show that the gun has good ground adaptability. Based on this,analyzing different spade structure,guidance on the use of this gun was proposed. The stability difference essence of machine gun firing on use of different spade was discovered. On this basis,the spade optimization program was put forward. Through theoretical modeling and comparative analysis,the feasibility of the optimization program was proved to some extent.
