摘要 针对子母弹在使用过程中存在未爆弹的问题,在力求解决瞎火子弹药造成的安全隐患的基础上,开展了关于子弹药引信自失效的研究。提出了一种控制引信恢复安全状态的途径,基于转子继续转动的安全状态可恢复隔爆机构。以火箭发射的子弹药引信为研究平台,结合子弹药引信机电式自主恢复隔爆机构的相关理论,对引信机构进行改进,通过对该试验样本进行静、动态测试,并针对试验中引信机构出现的问题进行改进,使得该引信机构能够可靠地实现自主恢复隔爆功能。 Aimed at the problems about unexploded bomb shrapnel in use process,on the basis of trying to solve the security problems caused by misfire bullet medicine,the research in the self-neutralization of bullet fuzes is conducted. This paper proposed an alternative way to make fuzes restore the security state. The safety state restoration of interrupter mechanism was based on rotor's keeping moving. With the ammunition fuze fired rocket as the research platform,in combination with related theory of the bullet medicine fuze electromechanical autonomous recovery flame-proof institutions,the fuze mechanism is improved. With the static and dynamic tests of the sample carried out,through the improvement of the issues existing in the fuze mechanism during trial,the experiment results show the fuze mechanism can reliably achieve the function of autonomous recovery flame-proof.
