新旧石油库设计规范关于总图设计的对比

摘要 GB 50074—2014《石油库设计规范》于2015年5月1日正式颁布实施,其中,在石油库总图设计方面相比GB 50074—2002《石油库设计规范》有较大变化及改进。通过比较研究新旧两版《石油库设计规范》在石油库总图设计方面规定的变化,分析新规范对大型石油库消防设防标准要求的改进,得出石油库内各建(构)筑物之间及石油库与库外设施之间的安全距离类型的划分和数值变化的规律,总结石油库区道路、竖向布置、防护构造等方面规定的变化,同时剖析新规范在适应当代石油库变化发展的要求时进行修订的指导思想。为今后在石油库设计和石油库改造时,熟悉和掌握新规范的内容和要求提供参考。 Code for design of oil depot(GB50074-2014) was formally issued and implemented in May 1, 2015. Compared with code for design of oil depot(GB50074-2002), it has great changes and improvements. Through a comparative study about changes of general layout design on the old and new version of the code for design of oil depot, this paper analyzes improvements of fire fortification standards for large oil depot in new version, which concluded the rules of the types of classification and numerical change of the safe distance between the terminal building or structures of the oil depot and between the terminal building or structures and the depot facilities outside, and summarized of the new changes of the rules about the road, vertical layout and the protective structure in the oil depot. At the same time, it is also analyzes the guiding ideology in revising the new code which is adapting to the demands of the development of contemporary terminal change. In addition, it also provides reference for the engineering staff to master and familiar with the new code required as soon as possible while designing the new oil depot and the reformation of oil depot.
