橇装CNG站在煤层气田的应用

摘要 煤层气边远零散井及新建区块集气系统未形成时,煤层气大量放空造成能源的严重浪费。一体化集成煤层气压缩橇可直接对单井或多井产出的煤层气进行压缩、干燥后形成商品CNG(压缩天然气),适合小规模快速开发使用。介绍了一体化集成煤层气压缩橇的工艺流程、主要设备参数及气质指标。这一装置的应用,不仅解决了边远零散井及未形成集气系统煤层气区块的放空问题,同时,还可有效加快煤层气产能建设的开发规模,促进煤层气高效开发策略的实施。 When the gas gathering system for remote, scattered wells and new block has not formed, blow down of coal bed gas caused serious waste of energy. The integrated skid mounted equipment can directly compress and dry the coal bed gas from single well or multiple wells and generates CNG. This way can suit small scale rapid development. The paper introduces technological process, main equipment parameters and gas quality indicators of integrated skid mounted equipment. The application of this device not only solves the blow down problem of remote, scattered well and the new blocks which have not formed gas gathering system, but also accelerates development scale of productivity construction and promotes implementing of the high-efficiency and low-cost development for coal bed gas.
