摘要
在信息技术高速发展的今天,工程项目管理越来越依赖于信息技术手段,建立工程建设信息化管理,将对工程的工期、安全、质量、投资的有效控制起重要作用。通过对炼化工程信息管理特点的分析,结合惠州炼化二期工程项目管理业务需求,构建以SAP系统为核心的工程项目管理信息平台,协同业主、承包商、监理等参建单位,全面支撑工程项目进度、采办、安全、质量、文档、投资控制等各项管理业务,通过系统集成应用实现信息共享与传递,全面提升工程项目管理水平,实现对大型炼化工程项目的科学管理,对今后在建炼化工程项目信息化管理具有一定的借鉴作用。
Today, with rapid expansion of information technology, project management is more and more dependent on information technology which means setting up the management information system of engineering construction will play important role in the effective control of the project period, safety, quality and investment. Through the analysis of the characteristics of engineering information management, combined with Huizhou refining phase II project management business requirements, construction project management information platform is established based on SAP system to fully support the project progress, cost control, safety, quality, procurement, document control etc, concert with owners, contractors, supervision and other contractors. Through the application of system integration to realize the information sharing and transfer, to realize scientific management of large-scale petrochemical project, which has a certain reference value in the construction of petrochemical engineering project information management in the future.
