脱落酸对设施栽培火焰无核葡萄果实品质的影响

Effect of exogenous ABA on the fruit quality of Flame Seedless grapesvine under greenhouse cultivation

以设施栽培火焰无核葡萄为材料,在转色初期分别使用50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L、200 mg/L、300 mg/L脱落酸(ABA)溶液处理果穗,研究其对果实单粒质量、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和花色苷含量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的ABA处理对火焰无核葡萄果实可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和花色苷含量有一定的影响,而对果实单粒质量影响不显著。处理30 d后,ABA浓度为300 mg/L的果实单粒质量和可溶性固形物含量较适中,可滴定酸含量最低,而且花色苷含量最高。综合效果而言,300 mg/L ABA处理对火焰无核葡萄果实品质的提高效果较好,对促进成熟有显著作用。

Flame Seedless grapevine in greenhouse cultivation as the material to evaluate the effect of exogenousABA on fruit quality, including fruit weight, soluble solid content, titration acid and anthocyanin content by thetreatment of the solution of 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 mg/L concentration respectively on the initial stage of veraison.The results showed that the effect of all treatments were significant on soluble solid content, titration acid andanthocyanin content, but not significant on fruit weight, and the treatment of 300 mg/L was the best. The resultsindicated that exogenous ABA could improve quality and promote maturity of the friut of Flame Seedless grapevine.
