在农村社区急剧转型,农村社会依然弱势并不断衍生新的问题和矛盾的情况下,社会工作在农村社区的实务经验表明,社会工作的介入能加强和创新农村社区治理、有效服务农村社区及其居民、保持农村社会有序稳定、推进农村社会发展进步,对整个国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设都具有重要的积极影响。

Under the situation of rapid transition of rural community, being still vulnerable of rural society, and continuously havingnew problems and contradictions in rural areas, the practical experience of social work in rural community shows that the involvement ofsocial work has positive impact on enhancing and innovating rural community governance, effective service to rural community and itsresidents, keeping the order and stability of rural society, pushing fox-ward development and progress of rural society, and the moderni-zation construction of management system and governance ability of the whole China.
