台湾技职教育的发展从教育体系、人才培养模式和师资力量等方面折射出其与台湾经济发展需求紧密相联,它的发展历程甚至被认为是一部"台湾经济发展史",可以分为萌芽期、发展期和提升期三个阶段。从技职体系、课程模式和教学理念等方面对其各阶段和现状进行探析,力求使职业教育研究者对台湾技职教育的发展有清晰的认识。

The development of vocational and technical education in Taiwan reflects a close relationship with Taiwan＇s economic development needs from the education system,talent cultivation mode and teacher resources.Its development history is even considered to be a ＂ history of Taiwan＇s economic development＂,which can be divided into embryonic period,development period and promotion period.From vocational and technical education system,curriculum,teaching ideas and other aspects,each period and current situation of it are analyzed,striving to make vocational education researchers have a clear understanding of the development of vocational and technical education in Taiwan.
