摘要
为适应职业人才成长和长远发展的需求,面对现代职业教育改革的新形势,从职业人才素质教育理念认识入手,分析职业院校文化所面临的困惑,提出重构与技术技能培养有机融合的文化素质教育体系。
In order to meet the needs of vocational talents＇ long-term development and face the new situation of modern vocational education reform,starting with the concept of vocational talents＇ cultural quality education,confusions of cultural quality education in vocational colleges are analyzed and reconstruction of cultural quality education system which is organically integrated with skill cultivation is suggested.
