摘要
根据红石湾煤矿井筒高膨胀粘土层变形破坏状况,多方位分析了其变形破坏机理,选择了与高膨胀粘土层性状和矿压环境相匹配的"锚网喷索+注浆+反底拱+U29型钢棚"控制技术方案,并开发出了适用于高膨胀性粘土层的专用注浆材料及普通锚索的专用注浆工具,确保了井筒高膨胀粘土层的有效控制。
Based on the situation of Hongshiwan coal mine of pitshaft high swelling clay layer,the paper has a analysis of deformation or destruction mechanism,chooses a control technical solution of“bolt wire cable and shotcrete”+“slip lasting”+“inverted arch”+U29 I-bar support suited between feature of high swelling clay layer and coal pressure environment,develops specialized injecting paste material of high swelling clay layer;and special?ized injecting paste tool of common anchor cable to make sure the effective control of high swelling clay layer.
