真空断路器灭弧室烧损事故的原因分析与解决对策

摘要 本文通过对朔黄铁路狼坨子牵引变电所、行唐分区所和安国牵引变电所分别因真空断路器截流过电压、灭弧室真空度下降和灭弧室电弧重燃引起操作过电压,从而导致真空断路器被烧毁的过程和原因进行了分析,提出了改良操作机构、提高灭弧室保护套安装工艺以及波纹管的材料质量等,防止真空断路器出现操作过电压和电弧重燃现象的针对性措施,有效地解决了真空断路器运行中存在的实际问题。 This Paper discusses on Vacuum Circuit Breaker Burning Accident which duo to switching over?voltage,Such as vacuum circuit breaker cut-off overvoltage on ShuoHuang Railway LangTuoZi traction substa?tion,quenching pot vacuity reduction on XingTang section post,arc extinguish chamber restriking on AnGuo traction substation. This paper advances specific measures to avoid switching overvoltage and arc extinguish chamber restriking. These include improve operating mechanism,promote the interrupter cover installation pro?cess,modify material quality of bellows. That has effectively solved the vacuum circuit breaker working prob?lems.
