摘要
塑性混凝土作为新型高性能混凝土材料由于发展时间晚,其渗透性能检测和评价尚待完善。本文针对塑性混凝土的性能特点,在实践经验的基础上,就渗透原理、试验设备装置设计、过程参数选择以及结果处理进行分析论证,提出了先确定极限渗透坡降,后检测渗透系数,合理取值,以真实反应其渗透性能。该法可对工程实体取芯、塑性混凝土配合比设计进行检测和确认。
As a new type of high performance concrete materials,the permeability testing and evaluation of plastic concrete is yet to be improved due to the later development time.In this paper,the osmosis principle,the testing equipment design,the process parameter selection and the result processing are analyzed for the performance characteristics of plastic concrete on the basis of practical experience.It is proposed to test permeability coefficient and reasonable value after determining the limit seepage slope in order to reflect its permeability.It is used to test and conform the engineering entity core and the design of plastic concrete mixture ratio.
